Well my first tip would to be to start with paying attention to your attitude and thoughts. It is exactly what you think it is like it or not this is true. So think it is easy and it w is or think it is hard well then again you are correct. Choose the thoughts and words that empower YOU and those that don’t change as quick as you can choose.
