I like reading these books but they almost always leave me disappointed. I’d rather read one of these though than go to a psychiatrist. Any suggestions? I don’t care what topic, just Self Help books. I’ve got all kinds of problems. I don’t want any religious Self Help Books unless they are about how to free yourself from religious shackles or how to reverse the brain damage caused by Catholicism.
you know i just go to amazon.com and browse the section i’m interested in then read reviews from the consumers who read them. plus you can buy used books there for a bargain
. it totally depends on the subject. oprah also seems to recommend some good books. there are just soooo many self help books on the self you can get overwhelmed.

If you can’t find it there, you won’t find it anywhere.
