The ones where they call people names, talk down to people, insult and ridicule people. Seems there’s a lot of them out there especially in the beauty and relationships section.
I feel like the person that wrote it has a grudge and is taking the opportunity to indulge it. And I think it should never have been published.
I’ve never been impressed by "self help" books … if you feel you have an important problem .. see a professional
