I have a web cam at the top of my laptop and i have windows media and windows movie maker but idk how to take pictures and videos? Please help
under the "capture video" section in windows movie maker, there is an option entitled "Capture From Video Device". take a video of your self and then import that into moviemaker.
then, play that video in movie maker where you can see a circular camera button along with the play button. press that button when you need to capture a frame while the video is playing.
