I feel fortunate to …
I feel fortunate to have connected to this website and stumbled onto the teachings you share. I am a poet and often bits and pieces of universal light energy and wisdom flows thru me in poetic form. I do not know why I have been chosen to receive it often before I fully understand it. Sometimes it is months and years before I realize what has come thru me. Thanks for allowing me to get a better, more coherent insight into this wisdom. I feel good to be on this path.

This Meditation seems very good. I am going to trust in it for answers. Things have gone very bad for my family and me. I ask for anyone who can add us to your prayers to help us and add us in your meditation so we can be together again and our financial stressors can be wiped away. I am going to go now and meditate and I feel it will bring me answers.

thank you for this gift guru… the three split sound at the root chakra is definitely a path to bliss… i would like to be able to do a one minute meditation and have that be enough… but for me it takes at least a half an hour to relax my body and still my mind….

Hello Siva Baba, it is a nice meditation to the great lord tryambakam the great maheshwara. I have a few questions about this meditation though.
1) You do not include the ‘swadisthana chakra’ in this meditation, any reason?
2) You mention chanting MA at the navel or nabhi chakra, which is the solar plexus chakra about 3 fingers under the lower ribs and over the navel or nabhi in sanskrit, any particular reason?
3) You have not mentioned how to visualize the chakras, that is important.
