Any self help books for me?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: Self Help

I’m 18 yrs old and over the years I have become VERY self-conscious about my body, to the point that I point out every flaw that my body has and I’m always looking for more imperfections to discover. I rarely feel pretty specially when compare to other girls who can wear shorts dresses or skirts because they don’t have what I have (varicose veins and stretch marks due to overweight issues from the past). I’m living a healthy life now but my self consciousness keep on growing every day.
Any suggestions

Yes a dermatologist can fix varicose veins..well one who specializes in vein therapy.

to keep your skin healthy; buy more vegetables and fruits vs breads and sweets, cut out drinks or foods with high fructose corn syrups. I hope this changes your routine and anyone else.

P90x DVD exercises – you don’t need a six pack but if you can do some of the exercises on a consistent basis, you will be very pleased.
You should not worry about being or looking perfect. Most people do not want this type of person physically or mentally. Everyone has faults and will rarely be perfect except. Just do the best you can with your friends and family with flaws and more.
Books by Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra I found are interesting. Be charismatic more than seeking aesthetic and you’ll be happy.
