If you don’t sleep, your mental and physical abilities will severely deteriorate, which will inhibit your race to success.
You must NOT sacrifice sleep, but you MUST sacrifice the luxuries you have (video games, TV, cell phone, facebook, youtube, movies, hanging out, clubs, bars, parties, etc.)
