Hey everyone! This video is a quick talk about Depression, Anxiety, Hypothyroidism and Self Help Books. If you are looking for a wonderful self-help book please read, “David D. Burns, M.D. Feeling Good, The New Mood Therapy”. I have read a lot of books and this one is the best. My psychologist suggested I read it to try to understand my moods better. Give it a try!
If you are suicidal, please get help! I know, I have been there! It does get better and you can get out of depression’s grip. I am not a doctor and do not claim to use this book as treatment of any kind. I am just offering a few words of advice and understanding.
