Non-linear Life Coaching – An Organic Approach to Personal Development Using NLP

It occurred to me that my coaching practice rarely involves time lines and goal setting. I have found that goal setting doesn’t seem to work for most people. Additionally, the further out a goal is supposed to take place, the more chaotic and unpredictable achievement becomes. After all, a goal is created in the present moment with the resources available at that time. Change is inevitable and often people find that what they thought they wanted no long is motivational enough to move them toward achieving a specific goal. Michael J. Emery is a Personal Development Coach in Portland, OR. He is available for international telephone and video coaching. Visit www.michaeljemery.com to learn more! Michael J. Emery’s life coaching background includes Ericksonian Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Humanistic Neuro-linguistic Psychology, and Transpersonal Psychology.

NLP and Forgiveness: Letting Go of the Past – The Personal Development Path
http://www.michaeljemery.com
http://store.attentionshifting.com
“One of the most challenging questions that clients ask me is if I have let go of all of the negative experiences in my past.
My answer is both yes and no. It’s a process of forgiving and releasing whatever comes up when it comes up. Sometimes you don’t know you’re holding onto something until you are confronted with it. The beauty of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and Ericksonian hypnosis is that an environment can be created in which one can release the past. Michael J.
