My best friend self-harms, how can i help her?

My best friend just told me she has been self-harming recently. She’s been doing it for about seven-eight months. I sometimes thought she was, but I didn’t want to say it. But now I know for sure, and I really wish she wouldn’t. Ever since she told me, soon everything made sense. Like why she wouldn’t watch people self-harming in videos on YouTube or movies, or why she nearly always has her arms covered, or why she was so annoyed when I lost her scissors. She says she doesn’t like doing it, but it makes her feel better, and it’s hard to stop. She seemed pretty sad about it, and I really wish she wouldn’t do it at all as she is my only and best friend, and I really love her and we’re really close.
Please help. How can I help her? What’s the right thing to say to her? How can I help her get through it? Serious advice too, please.

Okay, i used to do the same thing as your friend, it took me a while, but i’m fully recovered. It is hard to see a friend go through that, but you have got to be there for her. Tell her how much you really care her and how you feel about what she is doing. People who do things like she is doing are sensitive to talk about it, i know i was. It is hard for them to deal with because they don’t want to face the fact that they are wrong. You need to let her know the harm in it. Tell her it is very bad for her. She could get infections, diseases, it could really hurt her. This is a problem she has to deal with, but don’t let her go it alone, tell her how much you really care!!

alll these days i was using nero vision , studio works like that softwrares bu now i nedd goood software for my use. i am doing visom 1st year so i want to practice my self in video editing so plz help me

Windows Movie Maker is the free choice for video editing but isn’t very good software. It constantly closes when your in the middle of something for no reason. CNET give’s it a 1 star rating and doesn’t recommend it for any user.
