If you watch this video closely you can clearly see master technique in spinning the dough. This is not a show off video. This man never knew I was making a video of his work because he was working. The show off crap is not work and it is like comparing a smoked chicken to a boiled potato. This is a guy working and making a Pizza that I can’t wait to eat. That competition stuff is fun, but little more. What real Doughmaster does that? They have more respect, my god it is food. good food when it is made by the hands of masters, and these guys have it down pat. This is an excellent Self Help video for aspiring Doughmasters. Watch how the pie floats on the back of his open hand. If you can master this technique you can find a job in any major city of the World. Prep time on a Friday evening is less than a minute. I wish I knew the title of the song, but I don’t. Can anyone help? I chose Big Joe Turner’s “Flip Flop and Fly” first and then YouTube made me change it to something else, a year later. It really doesn’t need any music anyway, because it is the art of perfection.

Self Harm – The Sharp Truth
This is a video i made about self harm / self injury, all pictures are of me, i’m not doing it for attention as i’m annomynous, this is to raise awareness and to let others know, they’re not alone.
I know it’s not great – It’s my first vid i’ve ever made.
I missed a few facts out, which i’m sorry for, but my inexperience got the better of me.
I’ve been unconciously self harming all my life, punching walls, scratching my hand etc, but i only started cutting when i was around 17, it has escalated terribly, the pictures included are the least vulgar i could find, 1 in 10 teenagers self harm actively, you most certainly know someone who has tryed self harm, if not does it regularily, it’s been made into a taboo subject, which it shouldn’t.
The brain is an organ. As are hearts, livers, kidneys. All of the above can fail without any reason. Why can’t a brain? People DON’T do it for attention, why would they hide it so dearly and make such excuses if they wanted everyone to know? The brain can fail to function correctly just like any other organ can, it’s not our fault, and it’s not a terrible subject, it’s the media that has raised a ignorant stereotypical view of it, with some hope these can be abolished later on in our lifetime, so others don’t have to suffer in silence.
